Stormwater Partners Network, Maryland Advocates for Sustainable Transportation, and other groups comment on Joint Federal/State Permit Application (JPA) for the I-495 & I-270 Managed Lanes Study

On September 29, 2022, Stormwater Partners Network members were joined by other groups for a total of 27 organizational signatories to a letter opposing the wetlands and waterways draft permit for the Beltway/I-270 expansion.
